Grow a Chicken Fighter From Nest Egg to Secret hatches
Haunt, Thunder, Fortune, Ascension, and Cursed chains, plus who sits in the incubator overnight.
Every strong fighter in Grow a Chicken Fighter is at the end of an egg chain. The game launched June 16, 2026; chickens lay offline, so the route you park is the route you progress. Incubator value is not combat value. Do not park Eclipse Hen to “make better eggs.” Park the 100% layer for the egg you still need. Fuse duplicate layers to cut timers, then leave them there.
Haunt — Doll Hen and Reaper Rooster
This is the farmable S carry route.
- Hatch Nest Eggs until Cosmo Brat (10%).
- Park Cosmo Brat. It lays Scratch Egg at 100% (about 2:40). Fuse copies to speed it.
- Hatch Scratch until Slugger Hen (8%).
- Slugger Hen lays Arena Egg at 75%. Optional upgrade: Enforcer Rooster or Strike Hen at 100% Arena.
- Hatch Arena until Creepy Clown (11%).
- Creepy Clown lays Haunt Egg at 75%.
- Hatch Haunt until Zombie Chick (23%). Zombie Chick lays Haunt at 100%. Fuse Zombie Chicks. This is the park.
- Stay on Haunt until Doll Hen (~2%) and Reaper Rooster (under 1%). Fuse Reaper + Doll Hen, lock Voodoo.
Hot Event Blazing Egg is a second roll (Reaper ~2%, Doll Hen ~3%). Use it when the event is up; do not pause the Zombie Chick park waiting for it.
Cursed — Stone Face to 404 Chick
- From Scratch, hatch NPC Chick (12%). NPC Chick lays Cursed at 80%.
- Hatch Cursed until Stone Face (19%). Stone Face lays Cursed at 100%. Fuse it. This is the park.
- Stay on Cursed until 404 Chick (under 1%). If Hot Event is live, Blazing Egg is ~8% for 404 — the kinder roll.
- In parallel, farm Royal for the donor (next section) and fuse 404 + Radiant Fenghuang with Cycle of Ash locked.
If 404 Chick hatches before Stone Face, keep the 404 as the carry and still build Stone Face so the chain does not stall.
Thunder — codes, then 100% layers
Thunder is the mid-game engine: Astro Chick (~11%), Founder Rooster (3%), Aurora Hen (1%), Prism Rooster (under 1%).
- Redeem codes that grant Thunder Eggs when live.
- From Scratch, hatch Sergeant Hen (8%) for 100% Thunder. First park.
- Hatch Thunder until Astro Chick, Aurora Hen, and Prism Rooster. Aurora and Prism replace Sergeant Hen overnight; they are not automatic PIT mains.
- Astro Chick lays Void Egg at 70% for Nebula Hen. Founder Rooster opens Colossus / Fortune splits.
Early-August “Astro Chick is the only S-tier” lists started here. Keep the layers. Move the carry job off Astro once Reaper, 404, or an S+ hatch exists.
Fortune — Golden Goose and the Royal donor
Royal and Fortune share a ladder.
- Scratch → Crest Rooster (5%) → Royal Egg at 60%.
- Hatch Royal until Rooster of Fortune (15%). Fuse two. 100% Royal park. This is how you hunt Radiant Fenghuang (1%) and Nine-Tail Hen (2%).
- Hatch Royal until Baron Cluck (6%), or take Baron from Arena / Blazing. Baron Cluck lays Fortune Egg at 100%. That is the Fortune park.
- Fortune pool: Founder Rooster ~56%, Baron Cluck ~43%, Golden Goose 1% (Blazing Egg is 25% for Goose — use Hot Event).
Golden Goose is an A-tier tank. Farm Fortune for Goose, extra Founder Rooster, and Royal donors — not because Fortune is the combat ceiling.
Ascension — Eclipse Hen, not a layer chain
Ascension Egg is a milestone egg, not a 100% lay. Reported Rebirth gifts land around Rebirth 10, 100, and 250. Arena ranks (Master / Grandmaster) add more. Pool: Skycrest Rooster 55%, Halo Hen 27%, Oracle Chick 12%, Seraph Rooster 5%, Eclipse Hen 1%. Seraph Rooster is a 100% Colossus layer, which is the only “park” this branch creates. You cannot AFK an Eclipse Hen. You spend trophies and Rebirth stones, then you roll.
Trick Eggs (Ace Rooster) sit next door: Colossus Egg → Catalyst Hen (under 1%) → Trick at 2% → Ace Rooster (under 1%). Blessed Egg (Angel Chicken) is Admin Abuse. Neither is a Nest chain.

Put one of these in the incubator, matching the egg you still need. Combat rank is in brackets so you do not get confused.

Fuse the park bird with a duplicate of itself to cut the timer. Do not fuse it with your carry. After Rebirth, rebuild this table before you climb Tower again.
When a code or Hot Event dumps a Blazing Egg, hatch it immediately — it can skip to Golden Goose, 404 Chick, Reaper Rooster, or Doll Hen — then return the incubator to the 100% layer. The route is a loop, not a one-shot screenshot.

It is the 100% Cursed park, so yes if you are grinding the chain. NPC Chick at 80% is the on-ramp. Blazing Egg during Hot Event is the luckier 404 roll.
Do codes skip the early layers?
Some codes grant Thunder or Blazing eggs and skip Nest entirely. Redeem them, then still build a 100% layer so the account does not stall when the code is gone.
