Grow a Chicken Fighter Tools Hub

This hub is the pre-click layer of the wiki. Guides explain systems. Tools are the lists you open while the menu is already on screen: which egg you are about to hatch, whether a 2x is safe to redeem, and which two Fusion locks you cannot afford to miss.

Grow a Chicken Fighter punishes impulsive clicks. A Thunder Egg opened while you still need Crest Rooster sitting in Flock, a LETMECOOK redeemed on the way out the door, or a Fusion that overwrites Voodoo — those are the same class of mistake. Use the three checklists below, then jump into the dedicated Egg Index.

Egg Index (open this first)

The Egg Index is a sortable-style set of markdown tables: egg → layers → community-reported hatch odds. It covers Nest, Scratch, Thunder, Royal, Fortune, Arena, Haunt, Cursed, Blazing, Ascension, Charm, Void, Colossus, Trick, and the currently unobtainable Grudge Egg.

Use it when:

• You are about to hatch and need to know if the Secret is 1% or 25%.
• You are choosing an Incubator bird by egg value, not PIT damage (Baron Cluck / Golden Goose for Fortune, Founder Rooster for Fortune/Royal, 404 Chick for Cursed, Reaper Rooster / Doll Hen for Haunt). Full park list: Incubator guide.
• You are planning a route and cannot remember who lays Arena versus Fang.

Odds are community-reported from the in-game index. They move. If a patch lands, re-check the index before you dump a stack of Colossus Eggs.

Boost timing checklist

Run this before you redeem any 2x from codes:

1. I will be in the server for the full timer (15–30 minutes depending on the code).
2. Recycler is not clogged; I can deposit scrap and Golden Goose coins immediately.
3. One PIT fighter is fed and ready so the streak can eat the 2x.
4. I am not about to Rebirth. Timed 2x dies with the cycle.
5. If Chicken Boss or Golden Goose is 60 seconds from spawning, wait for the banner so the 2x covers the spike.
6. Corn 2x means I will actually feed, not AFK in the coop.

If any box is false, leave the code unredeemed. Codes do not expire the second you see them; wasted 2x windows do.

Fusion lock checklist

Open this next to the Fusion guide when both birds are in the coop (not in TOWER, not in PIT).

1. Base bird is the one I will send to PIT / TOWER / Arena after the fuse.
2. Donor is the skill I cannot roll again easily (Voodoo from Doll Hen, Cycle of Ash from Radiant Fenghuang, Rebirth from Phoenix Hen, Za Warudo from Baron Cluck / Golden Goose).
3. I have locked those two features in the preview. Default locks are not mind readers.
4. I can afford the Fusion fee and the next feeder / Recycler rank. Fusion that blocks a shop upgrade is a money leak.
5. The base is Favorited or I have a duplicate, so a misclick cannot eat the only Eclipse Hen.
6. I am not fusing away the only layer of an egg I still farm (Baron Cluck, Astro Chick, Catalyst Hen).

Extra Fusion locks cost Robux. Spend them on the skill, not on a cosmetic. If you only have the default two locks, lock skill + identity and accept the rest.

How the three tools work together

A clean session looks like this: check Egg Index for the hatch you are about to click → run the boost checklist if a code is unused → run the Fusion checklist only after cash and layers are safe. Then play PIT and events. The tools are not a third progression system; they are brakes.

When Update 3 added Charms, the Fusion checklist gained a seventh question: will this fuse eat a promoted, Charm-loaded bird I cannot rebuild this week? If yes, wait. Charms and stars are expensive. Eggs are replaceable. The index tells you how replaceable.
